EVASIRE delivered the demolition and fit-out of a new commercial office space within 65 York Street, Sydney, working alongside CHADA as the project architect. The project involved the complete strip-out of the existing tenancy and delivery of a new workplace environment within a heritage building on a live commercial floor, requiring careful coordination of works and after-hours activities to minimise disruption to surrounding occupants.

The fit-out required extensive services coordination throughout the construction process, along with careful management of heritage building constraints within the existing structure. As with many refurbishment projects within existing CBD assets, unforeseen site conditions were encountered during demolition and managed collaboratively to maintain project momentum and delivery outcomes. Through proactive site management and close coordination with consultants and subcontractors, the project was delivered efficiently and to a high standard within an occupied commercial environment.
