Managing DirectorJim leads EVASIRE with a hands-on and people-first approach, combining strong construction knowledge with a practical understanding of project delivery across a broad range of sectors and asset types. As a qualified builder and NSW Building Practitioner, he remains actively involved throughout each project, working closely with clients, consultants and project teams to ensure outcomes are commercially considered, buildable and delivered to a high standard.

Working closely with clients, consultants and project teams, he identifies risks early, improving buildability and aligning programme, design and budget outcomes before construction commences.
