EVASIRE provided early design and budget advice for the Glendenning project prior to being engaged to deliver the construction works, assisting Hale Capital in planning the upgrade and repositioning of the existing industrial asset. The project consisted of 5,000m² of new concrete hardstand, designed to improve circulation, increase usable storage space as well as enhance the overall functionality of the site.

The scope included general site clearing and demolition, bulk earthworks, remediation of contaminated material, stormwater and drainage upgrades, pavement design and construction, along with new fencing, lighting and line marking throughout the site. Despite challenging weather conditions during the programme, the works were completed within a compressed six-week onsite programme, delivering a significant operational and value-add outcome for the asset.
