EVASIRE was engaged by Irongate to undertake the make-good and upgrade of a large industrial asset in Smithfield, supporting the owner’s broader strategy to reposition and enhance the facility. The works encompassed a comprehensive refurbishment of the existing office and amenity areas, warehouse repainting, concrete repairs, new gates and fencing, and the grinding and sealing of approximately 3,350 sqm of warehouse flooring.

A key component of the project was the extensive rectification of existing construction joints, cracks and floor defects throughout the warehouse. These works improved the overall presentation, durability and functionality of the facility, delivering a refreshed and more resilient asset ready for its next phase of use.
