EVASIRE APPOINTED: FULL BUILDING REFURB IN MANLY

EVASIRE is appointment by Property Bank Australia to deliver the full refurbishment of an existing commercial building in Manly.

The project will see the building comprehensively upgraded across all four levels, transforming the existing asset into a contemporary and functional commercial environment. The refurbishment has been carefully planned to enhance the building’s amenity, presentation and long-term functionality, while creating a renewed offering for future tenants.

The extensive scope of works includes upgrades to services throughout the building, new bathrooms, replacement of the existing lift, end-of-trip facilities and upgrades to the external façade. Across the four levels, EVASIRE will also deliver a range of new tenancies and spec suites, providing flexible and modern spaces for incoming occupants.

Working alongside Ashleigh Broady Interiors, the project brings together considered interior design with the technical and construction requirements of a major commercial refurbishment. The result will be a cohesive transformation across the building, from its shared amenities and services through to the individual tenancy spaces and external presentation.

For Property Bank Australia, the project represents a significant investment in the existing Manly asset, positioning the building for its next phase and creating a stronger, more contemporary workplace offering in one of Sydney’s established commercial locations.
