We know the best buildings aren't always new. Every existing building presents its own opportunities and constraints; our role is to understand both. By combining practical thinking with technical expertise, we help reposition underutilised assets into high-performing commercial environments that are built for today's market while respecting the integrity of the original (heritage) building.
Over the past 35 years, we've partnered with developers, asset owners and landlords across Australia, delivering projects that range from heritage commercial refurbishments and industrial upgrades to occupied office fit-outs and complex building repositioning.
One of the things that sets our team apart is how involved we are from day one.
Many of our projects begin during feasibility or pre-purchase, where we're engaged to provide advice around compliance, budgeting, construction methodology and programme. Being involved early allows us to identify potential risks, refine design outcomes and provide greater certainty before construction even begins. It's an approach that helps our clients make informed decisions and creates a smoother path through delivery.
As a business, we intentionally remain selective about the projects we undertake. Rather than growing for the sake of growth, we're focused on maintaining a hands-on approach, with our senior team actively involved throughout every stage of the project. That means the people involved in the early conversations are the same people guiding the project through construction and completion.
Sustainability also continues to shape the way we work. With extensive experience delivering projects targeting Green Star and NABERS ratings, we work with clients to improve the performance, efficiency and longevity of existing buildings through considered refurbishment and adaptive reuse.
